HOW TO APPLY FOR RULE 6 EXAM 2019

Upcoming Customs Broker Licence Exam will be held on 18 Jan 2019, and you are worried how to apply correctly to avoid rejection of your application. please follow below guidelines:

1- You need to apply in Form A, format is attached below. This form A is a part of CBLR 2018 you can obtain from there also. NO other format or form will be accepted. Please down load form A from Below link

2-You have to submit an Affidavit on Stamp paper of Rs. 100 (Format attached)

3- Copy of  Identity Proof such as PAN CARD OR AADHAR CARD self attested should be enclosed.

4- Two recent Passport Size Photographs out of which one should be attested by a Gazzted Officer (If you are a professional ) or Customs Broker (If you are a G-card Holder)

5-Certified Copies of Educational Qualifications (10th, 12th, Graduation, MBA or other degree)

6- Address Proof i.e. Aadhar Card or Passport or Voter ID issued by Election Commission of India

7- Bank Solvency Certificate for Rs. 500000/- issued by a Scheduled Bank / proof acceptable to the Commissioner of Customs (General) stating that the applicant is in possession of assets of Value of not less than Five Lakh Rupees.

8- Details of Professional Degree for Professionals (it means copy of the degree has to be there)

9- If you are a G-card Holder:

(i) Certified copy of Customs Broker Licence

(ii) Certified copy of "G" Card

(iii) Details of G-card exam like year of passing exam, Roll no. alongwith copy of the result.

( All the Above documents should be self attested. Originals shall be required to be produced on demand)

10- A Corrigendum has been issued by the department for depositing Rs 500 as Application Fee paid through TR-6 Challan to Commissioner of Customs (Airport and General) New Customs House New Delhi. Hello Friends,

We at PSP promote right way of reading, writing, thinking and study  which always turns out as success of  candidates, this time also in 2018 we have given 70% result. Thank God and efforts put by our friends.

Customs Exams (G-Card, Licence)  are gradually going tougher, learned and skilled people only now can make it. If you see past results you will see a decline in the pass percentage, Overall percentage of Licence exam is 12% in written in Delhi Commissionerate in 2018. In Jaipur Commissionerate nobody out of   57 Candidates qualified in G-card Exam. In Noida Commissionerate there were only 4 Students passed out of 200 Students approx appeared.

Only proper guidance, concise study material , and dedicated efforts can lead to success. Every tom dick and harry is teaching for these exams for money, and  putting hundreds of students into despair of failure.

Customs Broker Elegibility Criteria Changed

Eligibility Criteria for Professionals have been changed for Customs Broker Exam, Now LLB pass will not be eligible for direct appearance, LLB have been upgraded to LLM, it means person holding LLM degree would be eligible for the exam. rest you can check out in below link for Customs Notification 41/2018

Dear Friends,

Result of written exam will come anytime between last week of April and Second Week of May. You should start preparation for Interviews, you are not gonna to get enough time to study coz job, business or family assignments. The focus of interviews is more over the practical aspect of the trade. Get some hands on exposure of the trade and be ready for encounter.
